Japanese cuisine is a favorite for me… 🙂 Whenever I want… or should I say “crave” for that cuisine, only 1 restaurant comes to my mind: NIHONBASHITEI (branch in Makati near Makati Cinema Square)

Spicy Tuna Sashimi – My favorite dish… 🙂 It may look like it’s so spicy, but actually, it’s just right… 🙂 Perfect with or without rice… 🙂 #Amazinglygood #yummm
Gohan + Gyoza Set Meal – The miso soup was flavorful… 🙂 One of the best I’ve ever tasted… 🙂 Their gyoza tasted so fresh and it was delicate… 🙂 The point in the meal I loved the most was the Gohan fried rice… 🙂
It was really flavorful… 🙂 Far from the others that I’ve tasted… 🙂 Plus, the grains were perfectly done: soft yet not mushy… 🙂 #greatjob #yummm
Pork Ginger Set Meal – What I loved about this viand was that the ginger wasn’t over powering… 🙂 It is soy sauce based but it wasn’t salty at all… 🙂 Really good balance.. 🙂 #greatjob Oh, by the way, the steamed rice was perfect! 🙂
